AGM 2025 Results

On behalf of the Club Management Committee (CMC), see below for information from our Annual General Meeting (AGM) that took place on Wednesday, 7th May 2025. We sincerely appreciate everyone who took part—your engagement and spirited discussions are always greatly appreciated.

We are delighted to announce the Club Management and Wider Committee for the upcoming 2025/26 season:

• Club Safeguarding Officer: Dr James Taylor

• Venus Team Managers: Henna Khan

• Men’s 1st Team Manager: Daniel Elphinstone

• Men’s 2nd Team Manager: Emanuele Giancola

• Fixture Secretary: Mike Beech

• Social Secretaries: Dale Sewell & Alex Liddell

The role of Communications Officer remains unfilled, but the CMC is actively seeking a suitable candidate in accordance with items 4.4 and 4.5 of our Club Constitution. If you are interested in taking on this role, please email Meg at secretary@millwallrugby.com to be considered.

Additionally, due to time constraints, we were unable to discuss other volunteer positions in detail. A call for volunteers for the 2025/26 season will be shared in the coming weeks, but we encourage anyone interested in getting involved to speak to a member of the CMC.
