Millwall Rugby Club will never sell, share or rent your personal information to others.
We use this data to administer your membership and your involvement with the club and to keep in touch with you in relation with these matters.
Some data will be shared with RFU, who use your data to regulate, develop and manage the game.
E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS
As a member, you will receive email correspondence from us with general club updates and selection for matches. You can remove yourself from these emails at any time.
LINKS
The Millwall Rugby Club website may include links to other sites, not owned or managed by us. We cannot be held responsible for the privacy of information collected by websites not managed by us.
ACCESSING AND UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You can ask us what information we hold about you by contacting us at communications@millwallrugby.com. We will acknowledge any such request within 72 hours, and provide a full breakdown of what we hold on you within 30 days.
YOUR RIGHTS
As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:
access and obtain a copy of your data on request;
require us to change incorrect or incomplete data;
require us to delete or stop processing your data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing; and
