Winter Season
The Men's teams are currently training every Monday and Wednesday night from 7.30pm to 9pm. Women's training currently happens on a Monday jointly with the men and alongside the men on a Wednesday.

Selection & Squad System
Millwall RFC operates a 1ST XV squad system. The current selection Policy is available to be viewed and downloaded here.
Commitment
To meet our goals for the forthcoming season, we need all our players
to be committed to training especially on Wednesday nights. We need to
train as a team to allow us to get the best out of the forthcoming season.
So try and get down as much as possible, if you cannot make it to training
for any reason please email coach@millwallrugby.com.

Summer Touch Rugby During the summer months (approx mid-may to mid-August) we organise non-contact touch rugby sessions on Millwall Park which are open to anyone living in the area. Please feel free to come along; you will be very welcome.
