Interested in playing at Millwall?
We are currently recruiting men of all levels of fitness and experience! We play a good standard of competitive rugby and there's always a great atmosphere at our clubhouse, training sessions and on matchdays.
Whether you want to dust off your boots and get back on the pitch, or need us to teach you from beginner level, you'll be made to feel very welcome.
The best way to get involved is to sign up for club emails and then email our men's chair (menschair@millwallrugby.com) and arrange to come along to our next training session.
