Directions to Thames Rugby Club

All directions assume the Isle of Dogs as the starting point.

Take the A13 towards the Dartford crossing. From Dagenham, theA13 becomes a very fast, motorway type road.
Turn off the A13 at the A1306 junction. Take the first exit off the roundabout (this is the old A13 road, heading back towards London).
Take the first opportunity to turn right (there is a very wide central reservation here) onto the B1335 (called Sandy Lane & probably signposted Aveley). Follow this road to a large roundabout.
Take the second exit (straight on) and look for a slip road on the left (to Belhus Park). The slip road is about 600 yards after the roundabout and just before the bridge over the road. Follow the road through the park to the changing rooms.car park. NOTE: Thames change in a building ON the field, not the buildings beside the car park.
