All directions assume the Isle of Dogs as the starting point.

Take the Blackwall Tunnel road (away from the Tunnel !) and stay on the A12 East all the way to Gants Hill roundabout. Turn off (2nd exit) into Cranbrook Road (A123) which becomes Barkingside High Street. At Fulwell Cross roundabout (where the Fairlop Oak pub is) turn right into Forest Road. The ground is one mile on the left, signposted but be wary…this is a fast road and the signpost is small.

By tube:
Take the Central line to Hainault, Zone 5. Come out of the station, turn right and then 2nd right into Inverness Drive. Ground entered by short path at the end of the drive.
