Directions to Dagenham Rugby Club

All directions assume the Isle of Dogs as the starting point.

NEAREST STATION is Dagenham East. However, it is 15 minute walk from here. Exit station and turn left...cross the road at some point and go straight on at all junctions (including one main set of traffic lights, by the Eastbrook pub). Take the first entrance to the park (on your right) which leads to the Clubhouse. I DO NOT KNOW OF ANY BUSES THAT DO THIS ROUTE.
If you want to get there by Tube & bus, get off at DAGENHAM HEATHWAY station and (staying on the same side of the road) catch a 174 or 175. Ask the driver for the Civic Centre/Central Park and walk through the park.
By car:
Follow the A13 East and take the slip road off signposted Dagenham. Continue on this road (the old A13) beyond "Chequers" traffic lights. Take a left turn at the next Traffic lights (between the "Chinaman's Buffet" and MacDonalds and go straight on through a park...watch out there is a speed camera here and the limit is 30mph! Turn left at the roundabout by the Bull pub. Continue on this road, over the hill by Dagenham East station and straight across the Traffic lights by the Eastbrook pub. After 300 yards Central Park is visible on your right...take the small driveway that leads into the park (200 yards before the Fire Station).
