All directions assume the Isle of Dogs as the starting point.

From Isle of Dogs, take A12/A102M (as always, away from the Blackwall Tunnel) to the Redbridge roundabout, take the 2nd exit (a small turn off, to the left of Redbridge tube station) and turn immediately left at the mini-roundabout.

This road is Rodings Lane South...follow it to the end where you have to turn left (a dual carriageway). At the large roundabout, take the 4th exit (returning on the same road) and take the left turn (by the Harvester pub) into Rodings Lane North. Continue until fields. Ground is on your left.
