Take the A13 Eastward to its end, at the "Magic Roundabout" [you'll know it when you see it !!!]

Follow the signs to the A127 (only half a mile away). Follow the A127 Eastward toward and into the outskirts of Southend. Go past The Bell pub to the roundabout, take the 2nd exit into Priory Crescent, keep left over the railway bridge to a dual carriageway (Eastern Avenue).

Turn left at the roundabout into Sutton Road, go past the Fire Station and Cemetary to a roundabout. Turn left into an Industrial Estate and follow the road to the end...and arrive at Southend RFC.
