Date
This years dinner will be held on the 10th of May, unlike previous years this years dinner will not be held on the same day as the AGM. This will give everyone plenty of time to spruce themselves up to look divine

Venue:
Members Dining Room, House of Commons. The Members Dining room can hold up to 170 diners and is the largest room available. Tickets for this event are always in high demand so please don’t wait to buy your ticket incase you miss out

Menu:
The menu is to be confirmed and will be published near the time, the meal will be 3 course, plus petit fours, tea or coffee and some wine. Soft drinks will be available for the under 18s.

Vegetarian menu and special dietry requirements can be catered for, but requests and names MUST be emailed to socialsecretary@millwallrugby.com at time of booking.

Dress Code:
Ideally, all men would be in Millwall blazers or dinner jackets but the cost of this would "price out" some members of the club, so suits are acceptable too. Again this year, bow ties are compulsory (for men). For those who want it, we have a Millwall bow tie available especially for the event, available from the club shop (click here to link directly to the club bow ties section). Formal or Evening dress is required for ladies.

Tour of House of Commons:
The dinner is hosted by our Club President, Mr Jim Fitzpatrick, the MP for Poplar and Canning Town. Jim has in the past agreed to provide a tour details for which are still to be confirmed

Ticket Cost:

£42.50 for under 18s (must be accompanied by a responsible adult)

£55 for members for their first two tickets, £60 for further tickets.

Non menebers tickets are £60.

Any questions? You can contact me on socialsecretary@millwallrugby.com or give me a call

Awards:
Tankards will be provided for winners of the Awards. A lsit of the awards including some new ones will be published at a later date

Carriages:
Guests arrange their own transport to and from the event. We will circulate details of an earlier meet for transport to Westminster by boat (as last year) but any such arrangements will be optional and strictly at the guests additional costs. Carriages at 11pm.

Sundries:
Optional after dinner disco/ entertainment to be arranged. Many people continue the party with dancing on the nearby Tattershall Castle or Queen Mary boats moored along the Embankment.
