Role Descriptions

President
Mr Jim Fitzpatrick MP
Club Management Committee
Overall responsible for major club decisions and overall strategy.
Men's Playing Committee
Responsible for delivering safe and high quality "playing services" for adult Men's teams and engendering club spirit.
Ladies' Playing Committee
Responsible for delivering safe and high quality "playing services" for adult Ladies teams (Venus) and engendering club spirit among female playing and social members.
Social Committee
Responsible for all non-clubhouse-based social events and engendering club spirit among all members, particularly social members. Responsible for helping to promote events organised by the clubhouse team.
Communications Committee
Responsible for managing communications channels such as match day programme, noticeboards website, Facebook, Twitter & Email as well as external communication through press and to other stakeholders... and making sure all the other committee members communicate with members effectively.
Clubhouse Facilities Committee
Responsible for ensuring a high standard of maintenance at the clubhouse, a regular programme of social events and for managing the financial aspects of running the bar.
Development Committee
Responsible for developing a plan for consolidation or growth of the club and ensuring sustainability. Responsible for sponsorship revenue and ongoing sponsor relations.
Youth Committee
Responsible for all aspects relating to Millwall Lions Rugby (our mini & youth teams).
